We provide a three-month guarantee for permanent fillings, fixed retention appliances (retainers), complete removable dentures, and removable orthodontic appliances.

A two-year guarantee is provided for fixed dental prostheses and partial dentures that are not made of acrylic.

The condition of the guarantee is that the patient attends the six-month follow-up examination (with a maximum deviation of 3 weeks). This examination is free of charge. At the patient’s request, we can send a reminder about the due date of the examination to the previously provided phone number or email address.

Within the scope of the guarantee, we undertake the following: if the dental prosthesis breaks, loosens, cracks, or becomes discoloured during normal use, we will restore, repair, or replace it free of charge.
All warranty-related procedures performed in our clinic are free of charge for the patient!

The guarantee does not cover:

• If the dental prosthesis is not kept properly clean and the patient’s oral hygiene is neglected.
• Temporary dental prostheses.
• Damage caused by excessive stress (night-time teeth grinding or clenching).
• Cases where the tooth requires root canal treatment as a result of previous treatments (fillings, crown preparation).
• Damage resulting from improper use or accidental damage to the dental prosthesis.
• Mechanical damage to the prosthesis (dropping it, contact sports) or chemical damage caused by substances such as concentrated alcohol or chemicals.
• Diseases affecting the chewing apparatus due to systemic, infectious, or tumour-related illnesses or their treatment.
• Allergies, dental diseases, or their consequences that develop after treatment and were not known prior to the treatment.
• Damage to dental prostheses that have already been repaired or modified by someone not working in our clinic (e.g. another dentist or dental technician).
• We cannot provide a guarantee for the expected lifespan of root canal treated teeth, even with the most careful dental treatment.
